Stylist Live returned, in its brand-new home of Olympia London, to bring to life Stylist magazine through three days of experts, interviews, comedy, food, beauty and fashion exclusives. We were approached to produce the VIP Experience - an exclusive area where, working with an impressive rostrum of VIP partners, ticket holders were truly immersed in the Stylist brand.
To create an engaging and unforgettable Stylist experience we transformed the mezzanine at Olympia. We created strongly branded event elements from custom bars to DJ Booths and registration desk to a ‘swimming pool’ filled with blue foam squares. Continuing the pink, purple and red branding we installed a floor vinyl to complete the transformation ready for the VIP attendees.
A post show survey found that the 2000 VIP attendees were more inspired by the event than other ticket holders. Extending the impact of the VIP Experience beyond the event, and the VIP attendees, Stylist gained a reach of over 100k from Stylist Live’s VIP related posts.
As part of the range of exciting activations at the VIP Experience we produce a Vending Machine of Dreams which Stylist filled with treats from expert skincare appointments to luxury Caribbean getaways. Leaving fizzy drinks and chocolate bars behind, this unique experience gave VIP attendees the chance to win wow-worthy prizes.
