UNILEVER RESTAURANT, 100 VICTORIA EMBANKMENT
Hellmann’s recently celebrated 100 years of making the best mayo in the business. They wanted us to produce an internal event that would raise awareness of the brand across the company and share its core message with all Unilever employees.
The solution needed to whet appetites and leave the audience hungry to learn more.
New York is the home of Hellmann’s. So we transformed the 8th floor of the Unilever building into a vintage NYC deli. Hellmann’s invited fellow Unilever employees to experience lunch or dinner featuring the brand as a key ingredient. There was a chance to win a trip for two to The Big Apple for those who successfully discovered quiz answers that were hidden throughout the room.
The space featured rustic furniture, wicker baskets, old wooden crates, hay bales, bunting and fresh ingredients synonymous with Hellmann’s mayonnaise. Veevers Carter provided an abundance of fresh herbs, olive trees and wild flowers, filling the space with an aroma of the outdoors.
