Media Company Financial News recently revealed a new visual identity and approached Event Concept to give their long running Trading and Technology Awards a fresh look to match their re-brand. Returning to the V&A for the 2017 awards we started by switching the traditional gala dinner layout in the Raphael Gallery to ensure guests really got that wow factor view when entering the space.
With the new FN logo as a starting point, we chose to emphasize the modern & square design, combining with inspiration from the multi-screen layouts of news desks, to create a design that lifted the event to a new level and showcased the new visual identity. The set consisted of square backlit graphics panels and one central square projection screen with custom square ratio content; an ultra modern look.
