The Brief

Information Technology company Veeam approached us to produce their London 2015 Veeam ON Forum, the UK’s premier data centre availability event.

The brief was for an event which comprised an exhibition, conference and evening reception for over 500 delegates. Various spaces at the Science Museum were chosen as we coordinated a multi-faceted event with a short lead time.

The Delivery

With twelve hours on the clock we installed our branded exhibition zone in the Science Museum basement. The IMAX theatre hosted the conference section of the event.

Then in the evening we produced an evening drinks reception for delegates, with stunning immersive canapes from Bubble Food, amongst the fighter planes and steam engines of the museum's main hall.
