The Brief
Once again, Event Concept was proud to be entrusted with the V&A’s annual Summer Party. The fundraising event is the highlight of the social calendar, drawing in 1,200 celebrities, socialites and even former Prime Ministers.
The South Kensington venue needed to wow the crowds with an evening of entertainment, British charm, and plenty of Insta -worthy moments.

The Delivery
Within the sunlit courtyard of the John Madejski Garden, Event Concept provided full event production, which included bespoke bars, food stations and technical production all inspired by the English Gardens of the Versailles Estate.
Our ‘Temple of Love’ stage in the central pond provided a platform for a series of exciting live performances.

The Inside Story
Sponsored by Dior, the museum's fourth annual fundraiser was attended by a host of glitterati, including fashion designers Emilia Wickstead and Charlotte Dellal, actors Felicity Jones, Olivia Coleman and Dame Joan Collins, and models Arizona Muse and Erin O’Connor.
DJ Lady Mary Charteris spun the decks and musician Joy Crookes took to the stage later in the evening.
