We worked with the LSE to launch their new, global, fundraising campaign 'Shaping the World'.
The online launch event sought to bring together alumni, students, donors and friends as the major engagement and philanthropic campaign aimed to raise an impressive target of £350 million that will contribute towards impactful and life-changing research and action.
Utilising our in-house event platform, EC Extend, we created a fully branded, customised microsite.
The live stream began with an enticing opening VT – created, filmed and edited by our Moving Image team. Members of the LSE team and BBC hosts the presented live from our Studio, interlaced with our series of other VTs and content. The studio set design amplified the campaign message and branding and viewers could interact via a live chat feature and watch the fundraising progress due to the live stream. For viewers that we're unable to watch the live stream, we provide a range of on-demand content to extend the reach and longevity of the launch. Post-event, we were able to provide LSE with detailed analytics to enable actionable follow-ups and post-event reporting.
The result was a meticulously designed, edited and produced seamless event and audience experience with custom motion graphics that was broadcast for 45 minutes to a live audience of over 1000 people worldwide. With extensive actionable analytics for 2000 global registrants, post-event on-demand access to materials has maintained momentum and exceeded LSE's expectations.
