    Royal Mail: The Forum

    Delivering key insight

    THE POSTAL MUSEUM

The Brief

The Royal Mail wanted to host a conference for their largest account holders to discuss governmental, economic, technology and retail trends developments.

They needed to host several speakers to give a series of talks to a seated audience, a lunch for attendees, and a drinks reception at the end of the day.

The Delivery

The Postal Museum provided the perfect venue to host the conference. The venue, boasting a industrial interior, was bought to life using block, colourful graphics branding the space and guiding guests throughout.

A large set with two projected screens created the perfect backdrop to run a variety of lectures throughout the day. Red and golden lighting was used throughout the venue to reflect the Royal Mail brand colours and enhance the raw architecture of the space.

The Inside Story

Renowned professionals of the retail industry led discussions, including Helen Dickinson OBE, Chief Executive of the British Retail consortium, and Rob Hattrell, Vice President of Ebay UK.

To finish the day off nicely, during a drinks reception held in The Mail Rail Gallery, guests were invited to ride the driverless underground Mail Rail, which was built in 1927 to move mail between sorting offices.
