Once again, Event Concept was asked to support the Royal Mail’s annual conference, The Forum – an event for senior staff to gain insights from the broader industry and government on economic, technology and retail developments.
The event was to be held at the Tower of London and provided a conference, lunch and networking drinks to inspire and educate.
The symbolic red of the Royal Mail was the colour scheme for the event, with subtle crimson lighting throughout, highlighting the old beams and features of the venue, and a bright scarlet stage.
Event Concept’s expert technicians installed two large LED screens for high-definition visuals, coupled with crystal clear sound. Elsewhere poser tables and casual seating provided the right tone for networking drinks and infographics, logos and signage highlighted the key areas of discussion
After TV presenter Naga Munchetty welcomed guests alongside Nick Landon, CCO at Royal Mail, an exciting roster of speakers delivered key industry insights. Environmental issues were led by Dr Cat Barton of Chester Zoo, retail by Catherine David of the Fairtrade Foundation and governmental topics by General Lord Nick Houghton, among others. Afterwards, all delegates were invited on a private tour of the Tower of London.
