The Brief
Insurance company Phoenix Group host an annual charity fundraiser for the Midland’s Air Ambulance; who have been the group’s charity partner since 2014.
Staff experienced first-hand the life-saving skills of the air ambulance at the company's Wythall office. Our brief was to transform the company’s canteen and create a glamorous, stylish evening to raise vital funds.
The Delivery
With staff set to attend the fundraiser within their own canteen we set about transforming the space to create an art-deco inspired gala dinner.
Using truss structures we created numerous zones for intimate private dinning, all accompanied with video screens for the live auction and presentations. Floral chandeliers were one of many final details to create a memorable evening.
The Inside Story
Luxury catering company Rhubarb worked with four local Birmingham-based chefs to create a unique and unforgettable menu.
Finally former England rugby union international Mike Tindall added a dash of celebrity to proceedings.
