The Brief
The MBI Broadcast Awards are one of the most highly anticipated awards events in the TV calendar, celebrating the best and brightest talent within the industry. A live show usually filled with stars, the 2021 online awards had to excel in quality, glitz, and wow factor. Hosted once again by MBI Broadcast Magazine - one of the foremost publications for broadcast professionals - we were delighted to give them a warm welcome to our London Studios for this year’s online experience.
This year was the largest event in its history, with 27 award categories and six nominations in each category.
The Experience
Our aim was to emulate the prestige of past years and to create an event that would exude class, elegance, and spectacle. Despite not being able to meet in person, the celebrations would still become a night to remember, and our experienced team of creative producers designed a modern set and stylish lighting design, all located at our studio facilities.
The live stream was broadcast to MBI's website and reached a global audience of over 650 guests, expertly mixed and transmitted from our Master Control Room.
