The Brief
Event Concept was charged with bringing to life London Business School’s new Forever Forward Campaign for fundraising with a launch event and exhibition space in the campus’ North Building, adjacent to Regent’s Park.
Key to LBS’s mission is bringing together scholars from around the globe and preparing them for a future achieving impactful change in their disciplines, therefore the evening’s experience was designed to reflect this ethos.
The Response
To represent the Forever Forward Campaign’s key pillars of scholarships, learning spaces, research and innovation, Event Concept designed an immersive experience where guests could physically explore each of the distinct areas, populated with stories, skills, and accomplishments of the LBS community.
Complementing this experiential journey was a panel discussion led by esteemed journalist, broadcaster, and filmmaker Emily Maitlis.
The Experience
Invitees included alumni, educators, and donors, who came together to show their support for LBS and its goals. The guests were taken on a journey through art exhibition style scenic builds which Event Concept conceived and created especially for the North Building venue.
These included a tunnel plotting the scholar’s journey, installations highlighting stellar achievements, desks sprouting flowers to represent growth and diversity as well as bespoke illustrations conveying key innovations. All elements of the evening came together to celebrate LBS and its ongoing commitment to having a profound impact on the way the world does business.
