The Brief
A leading financial services company gathered key leadership staff for a tech-focused summit within the industrial setting of The Wapping Hydraulic Power Station.
The aim was to educate and share knowledge on new technological advances in a fun and accessible way, as well as provide space for presentations and a sit-down dinner.

The Delivery
Looking to create an unforgettable atmosphere and inspire staff, Event Concept designed a unique lighting display that complemented both the soft curves of the Grade II-listed building and the jagged sharp edges of the industrial interior.
Projections, bright colours, virtual reality headsets, robots and LED installations pulsed around the building and were accompanied by innovative talks and workshops.
The Inside Story
Industrial pipes and exposed brickwork formed a unique backdrop to the event and while it was all about educating the leadership team, everyone needed to have fun as well. Chill out areas were created with white sofas, pop-up bars, a DJ booth and even a conveyer belt of food to ensure that everyone was entertained.
