The Brief
CWT, the UK’s number one travel management company, approached us to produce their annual client conference – CWT Exchange.
The conference sees some of the industry’s leading experts come together to discuss how technology and innovation are affecting travel today. We were briefed to produce a sleek, stylish and professional conference.
The Delivery
This edition of CWT Exchange was hosted at the luxurious St Pancras Renaissance Hotel.Event Concept teams designed and delivered staging, seamless audio and lighting, while tackling the unique challenges presented by the Victorian Railway Hotel.
Hosted by BBC reporter Steph McGovern, presentations were made by many industry experts including David Rowan, editor-in-chief of Wired.
