The Challenge
Al Rayan Bank asked us to deliver their first company get-together for employees in 5 years.
A gala dinner and awards ceremony that would unite employees from both the London and Birmingham offices, engaging them in a celebration of the bank’s successes recognising hard work and loyalty, and exciting them about the future. This needed to be wrapped in a universally accessible theme and approach in order to encompass the diverse cultures of the attendees.
The Response
We transformed the venue into a tropical paradise and transported guests into the balmy tropics.
Our theme was executed across the entire attendee experience; brought to life through creative audio, visual, scenic, and floral mediums. We worked with various local entertainment suppliers to achieve a seamless evening and maintain the highest standards.
The Experience
From the minute they were greeted, guests were surrounded by palm leaves and vibrant colour creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Tropical foliage was used to great effect, creating a lush green feel whilst lighting was designed to create dynamic shadows and shapes across the venue walls. Setting a fun and vibrant backdrop to their packed evening of entertainment, speeches, awards, and closing DJ set.
