Originally Holy Trinity Church, One Marylebone was built in 1826 to celebrate the defeat of Napoleon. The venue has been refurbished to the beautiful, original designs of Sir John Soane and stands on its own ‘island’ in the heart of the capital. The Grade I listed former-church boasts two unique hireable spaces and a landscaped garden.
The Soane Hall is the jewel in the crown of One Marylebone. Mosaics and stained glass windows show off its natural artistry although, at the same time remaining flexible allowing clients to use the space as they wish to create their own vision. Soaring over 27 feet high, the space is impressive in size as well as beauty.
The Galleries can be hired as one space such as for a wedding ceremony or could be considered for a lovely contrasting reception before or after the main event within the Soane Hall. The contemporary and bright space reflects the heart of the architect's passion for light and the effect it has on a room. Whether it be an intimate dinner or reception, clients can take advantage of the simple, natural elegance of the space and we can create their world and transform it into their dream vision. The grandeur of One Marylebone has attracted many corporate clients from the fashion, beauty and art industries including; Vogue, MAC and Temperley.
With its soaring ceilings and neo-classical architecture, One Marylebone inspires a sense of awe.
Whether you wish to enhance the grandeur of Soane Hall with elegant styling or complement the arches of the Galleries with contemporary design elements, Event Concept will work with you to create an event that is uniquely yours.
