We are delighted to announce five new hires into our growing Client Services team.
Jason Collins-Down, Katie Holland, Paul Flaherty, Helen Efange and Briana Cullen, who have all recently joined, bring a collective 70 years' experience to our creative production agency.

Katie Holland – Account Lead
Katie has extensive experience in managing B2C and B2B experiential activations, forging commercial partnerships, and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns. Over the years Katie has held senior positions, and has worked with a diverse portfolio of brands and clients across FMCG, automotive, luxury, entertainment, culture, sport, technology, government, and charities.
I have a real passion for creating impactful experiences, and I’m really excited to work as part of the Event Concept team on some creative and technically flawless projects. The vast range of clients that Event Concpet has, and projects that they work on, is an incredibly exciting prospect for me.
Jason Collins-Down – Account Lead
Jason has spent over two decades working on some of London’s most prestigious events and has strong relationships with numerous Unique Venues of London. He prides himself on presenting original ideas that will excite his clients as much as they do himself, and loves pushing boundaries, aided by his keen interest in interior design.
After working with Event Concept for many years as a client I am super excited about joining the team. I’m really looking forward to producing amazing, creative events, whilst continuing to strengthen relationships with clients and venues.
Paul Flaherty – Senior Account Manager
Paul brings 12 years of experience in a variety of roles within the events industry. His strong technical background will be a real asset to the team, as will his exhibitions experience. Paul brings a unique perspective to his events, as well as a keen analytical eye which means his attention to detail is second to none.
I’m thrilled to be joining the Client Services team at Event Concept. I approach events from both a creative and pragmatic perspective to ensure timelines and budgets are met, whilst ensuring the client vision shines through. I pride myself on delivering unforgettable experiences for guests.
Helen Efange – Account Manager
For more than 10 years Helen has been working in the private events industry, working with a range of clients to deliver their perfect day – whether a wedding, party, or other private event. Helen has worked in a range of roles and thus brings a wide range of skills to the team, from event planning to concept design, as well as marketing.
Joining Event Concept is really exciting, and I’m overjoyed to begin working on the spectacular creative projects they are known for. The connections and facilities Event Concept has means the possibilities are endless when it comes to producing outstanding events for our clients.
Briana Cullen – Account Coordinator
Briana holds a BSc in Event Management and has previous experience as an Event Assistant in the weddings sector, as well as a Stage Manager for theatre productions. She will be integral in supporting the team across a wide range of events with design, pre-production, logistics and set-up, whilst always delivering excellent client service with her proactive, go-getting attitude.
I love the process of creating engaging events from initial concept, presenting ambitious ideas that elevate a client’s idea, through to seeing it all come together onsite. The big opportunity with Event Concept is that these ideas can easily be made a reality with all skillsets under one roof.
