Introducing our new account leads
We’re delighted to announce that Emily Buckland and Craig Irvine have been promoted to Account Leads. With a collective 14 years at Event Concept, in their new roles, Emily and Craig will be heading up account teams in our expanding client services department.
Emily joined the team in 2016 as a Production Designer and quickly became trusted by our clients, both as a talented designer and a skilled relationship builder. In her current role as Senior Account Manager, Emily overseas projects for some of our most notable professional services clients, leading events across the UK and Europe. Passionate about sustainability, Emily is focused on our 2030 Pledge and finding innovative ways to deliver #ImpactWithoutImpact.
It’s been a whirlwind year – starting with a full calendar of virtual projects, transitioning back to live delivery and of course educating clients on the importance of hybrid along the way. I’m really excited to take on the Account Lead role and am looking forward to the year ahead.
With a background in architectural design, Craig has been a loved and respected member of the Event Concept team for over seven years. During this time, Craig has grown a large client portfolio and regularly produces events in many of our unique venues, such as the Natural History Museum, V&A and the Design Museum.
I’m delighted to take on the new role of Account Lead and look forward to deepening client relationships and ensuring we become a partner of choice, whilst pushing the boundaries creatively and technically.

In their new roles, Emily and Craig will focus on leading and mentoring our account teams, providing clients with a dedicated contact throughout the project process. They will be focused on ensuring we continue to understand our clients' challenges and that we consistently deliver to the high standards Event Concept is so well known for.
