For a second year running award winning Japanese restaurant group ROKA commissioned Veevers Carter to create a stunning cherry blossom installation at their Charlotte Street flagship restaurant. We recreated the famous ‘Sakura’ cherry blossom season with an immersive installation in the Shochu Lounge cocktail bar beneath the main restaurant. You will be able to sip on some Sakura-inspired cocktails featuring Suntory Whisky, or order some of the robatayaki cuisine, beneath the blossom for the next six weeks. 

Sakura is a hugely important season in Japanese culture, and Hanami has been practiced for centuries. In modern culture, it is celebrated with picnic parties under the canopies of cherry blossom
