The Brief

Following on from our spectacular production of Kat Von D’s London brand launch, agency Kendo approached us to repeat that success in Dublin. Our brief was to once again to create the very unique world of the brand at both an influencer event at the Smock Alley Theatre and product launch at Debenhams in Dublin.

The Delivery

Our team set out on the almost 400-mile journey from London to Dublin while 3000 roses made the journey direct from Holland. The influencer event saw a Q&A with Kat Von D herself as well as a stylish presented showcase of all the brand’s products.

The Response

Over 1300 people lined the street in Dublin to attend the launch at the Debenhams store. The event was Debenhams second biggest ever make up launch, after London’s Kat Von D launch in 2016.

The Inside Story

Kat brought the brand’s first official makeup artist team, ‘The KvD Artistry Collective’, to the Dublin events. Hand-picked by Kat Von D, Kelseyanna Fitzpatrick, Tara Buenrostro, Steffanie Strazzere, and Leah Carmichael are four top beauty, professional makeup artists and influencers who will represent the brand globally.
