The Brief

Event Concept were invited to design and produce a series of global events for Cambridge University as part of its philanthropic initiative to fund vital research, academics and education. Taking place across four cities – Hong Kong, New York, San Francisco and London­ – we ensured each event has a consistent messaging and high-quality finish by sourcing and managing local production companies and producing the grand finale with our internal teams at the Natural History Museum.

The Delivery

Across all four events, we guaranteed that the same style and high standard delivered impact, excitement and engagement with the aspirations of the campaign. Our production team delivered a welcome reception followed by a formal dinner, incorporating a tight program of speeches. There was crystal clear audio for the presenters, as well as high-definition screens for the custom video content.

The Inside Story

Working with one of the most prestigious universities in the world was an honour that we did not take lightly. The key messaging of the events came from alumni, academics, including Sir David Attenborough, and students who focused on what they, with the support of Cambridge University, are doing to address some of the biggest challenges facing the world.
