Hey! Can you tell us a bit about your role?

As an account manager it is my responsibility to manage the production process from initial concept through to realised project. I look after the needs of the client, the venue and the Event Concept team working behind the scenes throughout.

For me, secondary to the client relationships, the creative process is the most enjoyable as it gives the opportunity to draw on upon my theatrical roots and implement an immersive experience in the world of events.

Prior to joining Event Concept, what did you do?

I was a Project Manager at a technical production company, eager to transition to the creative agency side of the industry. Prior to that I freelanced as an Events Manager and stage manager in both the corporate and theatrical world and prior to that I had completed my Master’s degree in Theatre Production and Design at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

What piece of advice would you give to someone looking to work in Events?

Never panic, there’s always a solution to the problem! Often when things go wrong we tend to panic and it hinders our progress forward. Instead you must STOP. DON’T PANIC. THINK. And you will find the action.

When you’re not working, where would we likely find you?

In the gym.. or eating! Going to the gym regularly keeps me healthy and allows me to indulge in all of my favourite foods. Going out to eat is my favourite hobby.
